Why TFI people love Ram?

Nandamuri heroes of the first and second generation are always looked upon as soldiers who will uphold the pride of NTR and his lineage. Somehow, we always see bigger stars like Balakrishna and Jr NTR in a larger than life frame than what they are really are. Though many admire them, it is somewhat little uneasy to move freely with them. But there is Kalyan Ram, who is liked by the whole film industry.

Like there are stains on a Moon, there are some negative aspects in the case of legendary NTR too. None will be daring to talk about them in front of Balayya or Tarak, but Kalyan Ram is said to be a sportive person who just laughs heartily when someone makes a joke out of Sr NTR. That doesn't mean he has no respect towards elders, he literally treats NTR as God, like any other fan.

Another side is that, Kalyan Ram openly admits that he can't utter dialogues like his grandpa or dad Harikrishna, and cannot dance like Jr NTR. He insists his directors to not come up with ideas where he needs to match his other family members. Even on a couple of TV shows, Kalyan Ram admitted this. This side of other Nandamuri heroes is not known, but due to Kalyan Ram being an open book many film folks love to work with him always.

Prabhas to team up with Puri and Kalyan

All these Kalyan Ram is making films on NTR Arts Banner with himself as a hero, but never done it with outsiders. Then he started his first project with outside hero by picking director Surender Reddy and Massraja Raviteja's Kick 2. Here comes another project that is likely to be produced by the Nandamuri hero very soon.

We are hearing in film circles that Kalyan Ram will be soon producing a film with director Puri Jagan, in which hunk hero Prabhas will be roped in as a hero. Excited by the storyline narrated by Puri, he has decided to produce the project single handedly. However, Puri and Prabhas have never delivered a hit despite teaming up twice. Their Bujjigadu and Ek Niranjan are famous for hero's attitude portrayal and dialogues, but bombed at box office.

Will Kalyan Ram be able to extract a hit out of this flop combination? Many say that their venture will be fruitful as Puri promised to make the movie in record time such that the flick will have table profits much before it is released. We have to say that 'Temper' prospects will surely affect all these game plans in mind.

Kalyan Ram: Nandamuris Danda Yatra

Actor Kalyan Ram, who is often known as reticent and taciturn, turned many heads with his spellbinding speech at the Temper audio launch. Stating that 2015 belongs to Nandamuri family, Kalyan explained. Drawing similarities to a dialogue in the film Temper, Kalyan Ram expounds, "Like it's Daya's Danda Yatra in the film, 2015 is Nandamuris Danda Yatra. Thanks for making Pataas a stupendous success. And Temper is going to join the bandwagon and again Lion will continue the success streak."

Kalayan Ram also states that all three Nandamuri films Pataas, Temper and Lion are three-letter words in Telugu and expected to turn out to be blockbusters. "It's like a sentiment. Since Pataas already tasted big success. It's imminent that Temper and Lion would also be big hits," added Kalyan Ram.

200 days for him then 10 years is nothing for Kalyan Ram

Waiting for 10 long years, hero cum producer Nandamuri Kalyan Ram has finally scored a hit with 'Pataas', which is directed by debutant Anil Ravipudi. As the film is busy ringing registers and bring the investment back just in the first week, our hero shares his feelings about waiting for success.

'Legendary NTR (sr) has stayed at home without wearing make-up for 200 days. It clears a point that everyone in industry will have ups and downs. This thought has kept me living my life of failures and risks comfortably', says Kalyan Ram, as he is excited by the super success of 'Pataas' now. Probably he has waited for nearly 10 years to score such a success and that's why he is the best person in industry now after the likes of Chiranjeevi, Pawan Kalyan and Balayya who have tasted continuos flops for years at one point of time.

'If NTR(sr) had sit jobless at home for 200 days, 10 years should be nothing for Kalyan Ram', a person close to Nandamuri family said. Anyway, Pataas ended the draught and lets hope Kalyan Ram will continue this streak.

Kalyan Ram as seen hit in the form of Pataas!

As expected, Kalyan Ram’s Patas hit the bulls eye. This Anil Ravipudi action entertainer opened to packed houses all over. Right from the morning show, there was a positive buzz and the entire Andhra Pradesh and Telangana regions saw 90 % openings for this flick.

Kalyan Ram’s energetic cop role and racy narration were major assets of this film. The reviews surrounding the movie and positive word of mouth have ensured this movie as hit talk. Touted to become the biggest hit in Kalyan Ram’s career, Patas has heavy doses of entertainment which has worked big time.

The film is going to enjoy the advance republic day season and experts predicting that it will enter into profit zone by end of Monday. Finally, the hard work of Kalyan ram as hero and producer and the efforts of entire team are recognized by the audience. Congrats to Kalyan Ram and team of Patas

Pataas is teaching something!

Todays release Pataas is winning acolytes from all quarters.  As A-centre audiences are complaining about routine story, B and C-centre movie lovers are enjoying the antics of Nandamuri Kalyan Ram. Huge whistles and claps are being heard for comedy in the movie. That makes Kalyan Ram a winner this time. Just for a thought, what made this flick so interesting?

Kalyan Ram's toned body language, director Anil Ravipudi's intelligent narrative technics, MS Narayana and Srinivas Reddy's comedy timing and heroine Shruti sodhi's dance moves might hit your brain when you think about factors that made Pataas likeable. But the real reason according to movie critics is something else. Films like Aagadu, Power and Thoofan much earlier are all similar crop dramas. Those films however had huge expectations hanging on there head due to the presence of star heroes and thats why they bombed.

Coming to Pataas there are only 'Zero' expectations on Kalyan Ram, which proved its worth today. So star heroes should either lessen hype around their movie or pick something apart from the routine to score a hit. Thats the Pataas lesson.

Kalyan Ram want NTR to do Pataas

With just one day to go for this action-packed comedy entertainer, interesting information is coming out. As director Anil Rawipudi is handling the mantle for the first time, he is both nervous and excited about the result of the flick that features Nandamuri Kalyanram in the lead.

'When i've first narrated the story of Pataas to Kalyan Ram, he is quite busy with the production of OM 3D and rejected the idea of acting in this story. Instead he suggested me Jr NTR's name and wanted to produce this flick with his younger brother', said Anil, while sharing the discussions that went into making this film. 'But I've written this story with Kalyan Ram in mind and convinced him the same. So he agreed to star in it', he adds.

For the first time ever, Kalyan Ram is planning a massive release for his movie as 'Pataas' is gearing up for January 23rd release. High octane comedy, punch dialogues and Jr NTR's voice over factor are the major trump cards for the film. Watch this space for updates.

Kalyan Ram's Pataas got "A" certificate

Aiming at a January 23rd release, Nandamuri Kalyanram's Pataas is getting everything ready. Clearing the Censor formalities, the movie has bagged 'A' certificates after getting all the suggested cuts done. That makes the film not watchable for people under 18 years of age, especially kids, though the rule is not getting implemented strictly anyway.

Majority of the cuts suggested for the movie happen to be change or muting of dialogues. As Kalyanaram's family is inclined towards one party in politics, Censor Officials made sure that no dialogue having political reference is retained in the flick. On the other hand, glamorous treat hasn't got cut as producers decided to go with 'A' certificate.

Pataas will be hitting cinemas on January 23rd in more than 700 theatres as per the trade talk. With already released Pongal releases had a chance of getting staled by then, and no big competition around, Kalyanaram is expected to score a commercial hit this time. Can you think he can?, Hope so.

Double dhamaka for Nandamuri fans

Two of the happening Nandamuri heroes are coming forward to help their hardworking family member. We all know that Nandamuri Kalyanram is gearing up to enthral audiences with his "Pataas" very soon. Though there is clarity over the release date, if it is either January 12 or 23rd, we hear that this film has two interesting elements that will make Nandamuri fans up their collars.

Firstly, Jr NTR is giving 'voice over' for his big brother's movie. After looking at the bonding between these two brothers at the recent audio release event of Pataas, we could definitely say that Tarak would go to any extent to help his brother score a success. On the other hand, this Anil Ravipudi directorial features a remix song that has the hook like 'Arey O Ramba'. We hear that Balayya has done a little jig for the song and the makers are keeping it a secret. In that case, NTR's audio treat joins Balayya's visual feast to make Pataas more exciting than ever. Wait and see.

Pataas trailer increasing hype

Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, is back after a brief hiatus with the masala entertainer Pataas. Right from the day this project was launched to the release of the trailer, Pataas has evoked huge curiosity among the audience.

The recently released trailer has received superb response from the public, and especially Kalyan Ram steals the show as an energetic cop. This is probably the first time in his career that Kalyan Ram is seen in such a fun role.

Anil Ravipudi is directing this action entertainer and per sources, the movie has come out really well. Shruti Sodhi plays the female lead in this film which also has a host of top actors in important roles.
