Writer-director-actor
Posani Krishna Murali shared interesting tidbits about his life and film
career. Talking about his transition from direction to acting, Krishna Murali
recalled, "After doing few small-time roles, director Krish Jagarlamudi
wanted me for a role in his film Vedam. Since his previous film Gamyam was hit,
sensible and they agreed to pay me well, I took up the offer. During the
shooting of Vedam, Anushka used to laugh on the sets due to my acting. Even
Allu Arjun too couldn't restrict but laughed very much."
"Allu Arjun then asked me to not to direct films and wanted me to continue as an actor. He said he was impressed with my acting. I didn't take it seriously then. I thought he was complimenting me casually. Later, I proved myself as an actor. My role Tippu Sultan in Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum earned me accolades and took me to the new level as actor. Now, I'm busy with handful of offers," added Posani in a TV interview.
